Why is the size
and boat speed important!
whale watching on
Cape Ann
-
If the whales
are 25 miles out,
like they have been on
most of the trips this season ,
you would not be
able to make the trip in reasonable time.
Unless you want to sit on a boat all day,
book your trip with us NOW!
(Our trips are
about 3-4
hours with at least an hour on the whales,
even if the whales are 30 miles out)
-
We now have
seen more humpbacks per trip, then any other
whale watch company on the north shore.
(2001&2002 season)
-
You will
spend less time traveling to the whales and
on most occasions will spend more time with
the whales.
-
Most of the
time you would be the first boat on the
whales. The Captains believe that is
important for the
sightings of the whales.
-
The
Hurricane's 115' length plus cruising speeds
of 25 knots (if needed) helps to stabilize
your ride therefore helping prevent sea
sickness.
